Internships at sports entities for students of the Master's Degree in Management of Sports Entities. The external internships will be held at sports entities with which there is an agreement to participate, also new agreements may be made by student’s request. The designation of a tutor guarantees the reaching of the skills necessary to perform the professional practice. The objective of this assignment is to put the student in touch with the role of the sports manager, focused on the direction of public and private entities, service management, facilities and sporting events. For the student, this internship involves practicing and complementing their academic training in the workplace, expanding the acquisition of knowledge, skills, attitudes and encouraging teamwork in sports management. The internship is 10 ECTS, that must be done in sports entities, which involves 200 hours of practice.
Process of External Practices (PCL-08)
This Procedure of the Quality Assurance System, establishes the procedure of the external practices and internships, integrated in the Curriculum or of the extracurricular practices and internships. It is applicable in the management of the external practices during an academic course, and it is extended to the students, university services and institutions that are involved in the realization of these practices.

The 10 ECTs Master's Thesis demonstrates that the student has reached the general and specific competences of the master.
This Master's is directed to train future sports managers in direction of sports entities.
To obtain the Master's Degree in Management of Sports Entities, all students must necessarily pass the Final Master's Thesis.
This Thesis is oriented to evaluate the competences associated with the Master and will be publicly defended when the student has exceeded all the credits of the Master's curriculum except for those corresponding to this thesis.
The thesis must be linked to any of the knowledge areas of the Master and each student has to select the subject of study with professional content. This work must be original and unpublished.
Its content and extension are proportional to the 10 ECTS assigned to it and, consequently, the amount of student work hours to complete it will be adjusted to this.
The Official Master's Degree in Administration and Management of Sports Entities is extinguished to continue with the current Master's Degree in Administration and Management of Sports Entities.
The University has a Procedure for Planning, Development of Teaching and Extinction of the Degree.
This Procedure of the Internal Quality Assurance System aims to establish the way in which the Universidad Catolica San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM) guarantees the planning and development of its formation program, as well as providing mechanisms to carry out the correct extinction of the degree. This procedure is applicable to all official degrees offered by the Universidad Catolica San Antonio de Murcia as well as to the interest groups of the UCAM (students, companies, PAS, PDI, public administration, society in general ...).
