Ana Ramírez, extraordinary professor at UCAM, new corresponding member of the Royal Academy of Medicine of Valencia
The dermatologist Ana Ramírez, extraordinary professor at UCAM, has been appointed corresponding member of the Royal Academy of Medicine of the Valencian Community. Ana Ramírez, who is a teacher in the Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine at UCAM Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia, has received this recognition for her professional career and her research work.
During the ceremony, she was accompanied by Estrella Núñez, vice-chancellor for Research at UCAM; Jerónimo Lajara, dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences; Andrés Martíez Almagro, professor and director of the Central Anatomy Unit at UCAM; and Mariano Guerrero, director of the Chair of Health Management and Planning at this university. Dr. Ramírez expressed her satisfaction for this recognition, awarded for her professional career at the care, hospital, scientific and teaching levels, the result of the experience she has gained over the years.
