UCAM sends aid to the victims of the DANA storm
The distribution of the goods donated by the UCAM Academic Community will be carried out by the Special Naval Warfare Force and the logistics company Francés Díaz from Fuente Álamo
200 UCAM volunteers have travelled to Valencia to help those affected by the DANA storm
Equipped with tools and protective materials, a group of 200 UCAM volunteers set off on 7th of November at 5am in buses from the Los Jerónimos Campus to the Valencian towns of Catarroja and Algemesí to collaborate in the recovery of these areas that have been affected by the DANA.

Students from different countries and regions call for “more help because there is still much to be done and all hands are few to remove mud from houses and streets, as they will not be able to recover either furniture, household appliances or many necessary things”. The action has been carried out today and the volunteers plan to repeat similar actions in the coming days.<br /> <br />
