Occupational Observatory

The UCAM Occupational Observatory systematically monitors the labour market insertion of its graduates. The procedure for the study of labour market insertion and employer satisfaction is based on a survey that is carried out 2 years after finishing the studies, for Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, Doctorate and Vocational Training students.

Objectives:
  • To analyse the labour market insertion rates of Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, Doctorate and Vocational Training graduates.
  • To determine the demands and level of satisfaction of employers of UCAM graduates.
  • To obtain the labour market insertion indicators necessary for the Internal Quality Assurance System of each degree, and to provide the academic centre with relevant information for decision-making on its degree programmes, both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees.
  • To raise awareness and disseminate to Society the employment success of graduates studying at UCAM.
