Last Tuesday, Murcia and Taiwan were closer than ever despite the more than 10,000 kilometres that separate them. UCAM has received a delegation from the Embassy of Taiwan in Spain, led by Vivia Chun-fei Chang, representative of the Economic and Cultural Office of Taipei in Spain.

María Dolores García, UCAM president, received her, accompanied by José Luis Mendoza García, general director of Institutional Relations, and Pablo Blesa, vice-rector of International Relations, as well as María Dolores Bolarín, member of the UCAM International Chair 'Women, Business and Sport'.

The representatives of the embassy have learnt about the UCAM educational model and its facilities, including the high-tech incubator in health, sport and food, UCAM Hitech. During their visit to the Murcia Campus, they witnessed UCAM's strong commitment to internationalisation, as demonstrated by the multiculturalism of its students, among them, also those from the Asian country. In addition, this meeting will allow for further collaboration in the field of training and research.
