The Universidad Católica San Antonio and the Professional Association of Social Graduates of the Region of Murcia have renewed and extended their collaboration agreement to cover new demands arising among university students and professionals. This agreement, which involves the UCAM Faculties of Law and Economics and Business, was signed by María Dolores García, UCAM President, and Alfonso Hernández, Dean of the Professional Association of Social Graduates of the Region of Murcia.

Gonzalo Wandosell, Dean of the UCAM Faculty of Economics and Business, highlighted the novelty of this agreement: ‘they asked us to offer training for their members in fields such as artificial intelligencedigitalisation and the application of new human resources techniques’. This training offered by UCAM to the Association complements one another in a reciprocal way, as Rafael García, Vice-Dean of the Degree in Labour Relations and Human Resources, explained: ‘This agreement is interesting for our students, because it will help them do internships and it opens the doors to members of the Association to come and teach at our University and contribute with their practical vision in undergraduate and postgraduate degrees’.

Alfonso Hernández, Dean of the Professional Association of Social Graduates of the Region of Murcia, highlighted how ‘the connection with the University is very important to us, and we want to strengthen it in terms of training and the constant recycling of social graduates. Our profession is in an interesting moment, growing in number and prestige. Therefore, we would like the world of the professionals to be present in the classrooms, offering training, but also learning from the new developments that are taking place’.
