Throughout its 25 years, UCAM has made a strong commitment to internationalisation, proof of which is the latest edition of the U-Ranking - developed by the BBVA Foundation and the Instituto Valenciano de Investigaciones Económicas (Ivie)- which highlights its percentage of foreign students (48.3%), eleven points above the national average (37.2%), placing it in first place in the Region of Murcia. The ranking has analysed 72 Spanish universities (48 public and 24 private) in its edition of 2022, comparing more than 3,500 official degrees from these institutions.

The campuses of the Universidad Católica de Murcia are a pole of international attraction, with students of more than 100 nationalities from the five continents. UCAM is the university which teaches most degrees in English in the Region, and it is at the top of English-teaching universities in Spain, all while promoting international mobility.

Moreover, in the "Results by branch of education", U-Ranking places UCAM at the head of the Region in 'Health Sciences', and in 'Teaching indicators'. It also places it above the national average in percentage of postgraduate students and in student retention rate. These parameters reflect the quality education offered by UCAM, which trains its students in small groups, with personalised attention and curricula which are fully adapted to the demands of the different sectors. These aspects are recognised in rankings such as the Times Higher Education or CYD
