Representatives from European, Asian and African universities take part in the 9th UCAM Staff Week
Teachers and administrative and service staff from 16 universities in 10 countries, such as Croatia, Poland, the Netherlands, Burundi, Bangladesh and Kenya, are taking part in the 9th International Staff Week, which is being held on the UCAM campuses in Murcia and Cartagena, this week.
Pablo Blesa, UCAM vice-rector of International Relations and Communication, and Lonneke Meijer, coordinator of the international exchange programmes, welcomed them to this event, in which they participated in training workshops on UCAM's work methodology, got to know its educational offer and international mobility, as well as the culture of the region through various activities organised by the Vice-rectorate of International Relations.
Pablo Blesa stresses that ‘it is a pleasure for us to welcome them, we hope that the activities we have organised for them, which range from networking to cultural visits and the presentation of their universities, will be of benefit to them and will result in new agreements that will benefit the academic community.’
