Anton Matinlauri (@A_Matinlauri), former student of the Master's Degree in High Performance Sport: Strength & Conditioning during the 2015 edition, has lifted the Major League Soccer (MLS) champion cup together with Los Angeles Football Club, where he carries out his activity as Head of Strength & Conditioning.

After completing his Master's Degree, Anton has been developing professionally in different professional clubs in Spain, Finland and Colombia. This is what has allowed him to acquire the knowledge and professional practice necessary to continue growing and leading a main area of work in a professional club like Los Angeles F.C.

We are especially proud to know that the knowledge acquired during the Master in High Performance Sport: Strength & Conditioning, led by Dr. Pedro Emilio Alcaráz, has allowed him to be the basis of the scientific knowledge on which Anton bases his work.

The objective of the Master in High Performance Sport: Strength & Conditioning, is to develop knowledge specific to strength and fitness training. The curriculum is totally focused on the application of the latest research trends in this field, for which we have the main reference faculty, both professionally and academically, in the different areas that have influence on it.

There still are some seats available for UE students for the next edition starting January 2023.
