Develop your professional career in Innovation and Tourism Master and Master in Hospitality Management

UCAM, Catholic University of Murcia, an affiliated member of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), offers a training of excellence in this field with two Masters fully taught in English: The Masters in Innovation and Tourism Marketing and the Masters in Hospitality Management.
Master in Innovation and Tourism Marketing
In the last ten years the tourism sector has been revolutionized by the new technologies. The ability to adapt quickly to these innovations and be able to make the most of them is essential for those who want to operate in this sector.
The main objective of this Master is to train professionals in tourism, which develop strong leadership and professional skills regarding innovation, new technologies and marketing.
The Master's program includes at least 150 hours of internship at an external tourism company. Moreover, it can count of a team of highly prestigious teachers: they are not just academics, but also professionals in the sector, ready to bring their experience and skills into the classrooms.
Career opportunities are varied: from management roles in tourism companies to the creation of a company as entrepreneurs.
The one year program is open to students and professionals from different sectors who hold a Bachelor degree and have at least a B2 level of English. The Master offers direct access to University research programs.
The places are limited to ensure the quality of teaching, in fact, 25 students are admitted each year.
Students can also choose the online version of the Master.
Master in Hospitality Management
The tourism industry is a sector that provides 9.4% of employment, generating 277 million jobs worldwide, and forecasts are growing by over 3.9% per year in the next decade (According to Oxford Economics).
Taking into account these data, it is clear that having a training of excellence in this sector is a preferential way to enter the job market.
The Master in Hospitality Management is specifically designed for those who want to pursue a professional career in the hotel and restaurant sector.
The one year program, thanks to 4 or 6 months of full-time practice in hotels and restaurants in affiliated chains (among others, Accor and Marriott), allows acquiring the knowledge and experience necessary to cover important job positions and of high responsibility within this sector.
The skills acquired during this Master's course prepare students to cover positions of leadership in tourism activities and to elaborate their business plan as entrepreneurs.
