More than 200 international students joined UCAM this month at its Murcia and Cartagena campuses, most of them from Italy, the United States, Argentina, Mexico and Portugal, thanks to international mobility programmes such as Erasmus, Ibero and Overseas, as a result of the more than 400 agreements UCAM has with numerous universities around the world.

Pablo Blesa, Vice-Rector of International Relations and Communication at UCAM, pointed out that the institution ‘has students from 132 countries, and 62 languages are spoken on its campuses. Internationalisation is an essential backbone of our university, which ensures that multiculturalism permeates our campuses.’

The student of the Bachelor’s Degree in Gastronomy, Chilean Martina Vinter, was excited about studying at UCAM, highlighting that ‘what I like most is that my degree has the laboratory; Gastrolab. I am very happy to have the opportunity to get to know it and learn in it’. She added that she is impressed by ‘the beautiful environment in which the Campus de Los Jerónimos is located.’
