UCAM: quality education with values and high employability
At its campuses in Murcia and Cartagena, and starting next year also in Madrid, the University combines academic excellence, research, internationalisation, high performance in sport and professional support.
‘Lead your Future' is the motto of the Universidad Católica San Antonio. A clear statement of intent for students who want to live their time at university as a 360º experience: from the first contact until they join the alumni community as graduates. This entails a comprehensive journey that integrates academic training, personal support, international mobility, technological innovation, employability, entrepreneurship, sports, and university life with a clear objective: that every student—whether from anywhere in Spain or another country— feels supported and motivated to grow at every stage and subsequently contribute their best to society.

The UCAM experience begins long before reaching its emblematic Murcia Campus, located in the Monastery of Los Jerónimos, the Cartagena Campus or, from 2026, the Torrejón de Ardoz Campus (Madrid), with a visit to the Student Information Service (SIE), which provides personalised advice to students and their families and accompanies them in the process of choosing the most suitable degree or master's degree. If the student needs accommodation, the residence micampus Murcia, affiliated with UCAM, is an option, as well as the network of verified accommodation for those who prefer shared flats or living with local families.
Global Campus and Mobility
UCAM campuses are multicultural spaces, where students of 135 nationalities from 5 continents come together. International mobility of its students, more than 22,000 this 2025-26 academic year, is also promoted. The International Relations Office manages programmes such as Erasmus+, UCAM Iberoamerica, UCAM Overseas/North America and SICUE, which allow students to study or do internships at universities all over the world.
Comprehensive education
Education is more than passing subjects. Inspired by Christian humanism, UCAM promotes an education model that combines academic excellence, values, personal accompaniment and spiritual development for those who desire it. Among other services, students have access to a personal and academic tutor, university pastoral care and volunteer work, a language school and a sports service. This model allows for students to complete their studies in a comprehensive manner, acquiring both professional and personal skills to enter the world of work in the best possible conditions.
Practical training, a key to professional success
For the professional development of its students, UCAM offers a teaching methodology with a lot of practical hours and state-of-the-art facilities equipped with the latest technology. In addition to this, the Guidance and Job Placement Service and the Employment Portal provide internships and job opportunities in national and international companies, training workshops and individual counselling. Moreover, UCAM also has the UCAM HiTech ecosystem, which promotes entrepreneurship and innovation.
83.6% of UCAM graduates find employment in less than a year; furthermore, its graduates are hired almost 10% more than the national average.
This strong commitment is reflected in a striking statistic: 83.6% of graduates find employment in less than a year, according to the report of the University's Occupational Observatory. Moreover, its graduates are employed almost 10% more than the national average and their salaries are 2,000 euros higher than the national average, according to U-Ranking of Spanish universities.
