UCAM prays for the Pope in an ecumenical event with representative from different Christian denominations
Representatives from the participating associations in the Conference and the different Christian faiths, in the closing ceremony.
The Parish Church of San Francisco de Asís (Padres Capuchinos) in Murcia held again the Ecumenical Act, with which the UCAM XXIV International Charity and Volunteering Conference came to an end. Representatives from the Catholic Church and of Orthodox patriarchates participated in this act and prayed all together for the Pope Francis health. At the end of this meeting, Antonio Alcaraz, UCAM Vice-Rector of University Outreach, together with organisers of the Conference, presented a gift to the associations representatives that participated in the Conference in recognition of their great work helping people in need.
