UCAM (Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia) ranks among the top three universities in Spain as voted by its students, according to the 2025 University Macro-survey carried out by LAB4Future. With more than 35,000 responses collected from students at 85 public and private universities, this research constitutes the largest independent survey on the Spanish university system to date.

UCAM achieved an average score of 8.4 out of 10 in terms of overall satisfaction, placing it in the Top 3 in the country, well above the national average. In addition, 81% of the students surveyed said they would choose this university again if they had to begin their studies all over again—a figure that reflects the consolidation of the institution's educational model and the loyalty of its academic community.

The detailed results of the report confirm the high degree of student satisfaction in the main areas of academic and university life. In terms of student care, UCAM obtains a score of 4.0 out of 5, which places it second in the country in this indicator. The approachability, the tutoring and the individualised support that characterise the treatment received from the lecturers and staff of the University are some of the factors that the students value most.

Likewise, the university environment has been particularly highlighted, with a score of 4.2, which places UCAM as the fourth best university nationwide in this respect. The coexistence, integration and community spirit experienced on its campuses contribute decisively to this positive perception of the academic environment.

Furthermore, the report stresses the wide range of extra-curricular activities promoted by UCAM, such as volunteering, cultural activities and sports. These initiatives have been rated 3.9, placing the institution third in the national ranking in this dimension.

Another of the strengths pointed out by the students is the technological level of the University, which has been rated 4.4 out of 5. This score places UCAM as the third best rated university in Spain in terms of digital infrastructure and technological resources applied to learning, reflecting its commitment to educational innovation and the incorporation of advanced tools.

Similarly, students acknowledge the quality of the campus facilities with a rating of 4.3, which places it in tenth place at the national level. These positive ratings are reinforced by the general perception that students have of UCAM. Among the most frequently cited strengths are the warm and personalised treatment, the dynamism of university life, the institutional prestige, the quality of the infrastructure and the technological equipment. These areas coincide precisely with the aspects where private universities have greater comparative advantages over public universities, according to the national report.

This recognition is in addition to other recent achievements of the Universidad Católica de Murcia, such as its inclusion in the Top 25 Spanish universities according to Forbes magazine, which especially valued its personalised teaching model, its internationalisation, the quality of its research and the professional projection of its graduates.

UCAM thus reinforces its position as one of the most highly valued universities in Spain, thanks to an educational model centred on the student, committed to academic excellencetechnological innovation and comprehensive training based on values
