UCAM offers its students 1,000 destinations for international stays
Students can choose between the Erasmus, North America-Overseas or Latin America programmes.
The Universidad Católica encourages its students to take part in international mobility programmes during their studies, which will allow them to learn new languages and cultures, providing them with an international vision of their studies and increasing their chances of entering the job market.
To this end, UCAM offers 1,000 destinations in more than 100 countries, in which students can take part. The stays include the Erasmus programme (partner universities in the 28 member states of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Serbia, Turkey and North Macedonia), North America-Overseas (Asia, Oceania, Africa, USA and Canada), Latin America, Summer Programs and SICUE programmes, the latter of which is a national one. The application period for these international stays will be open until 8 January.
Pablo Blesa, UCAM's Vice-Rector of International Relations and Communication, explains that ‘the University's objective this year is for more than 600 students to carry out a mobility programme of at least 3 months’.
