UCAM gets own Snapchat filter - have you tried it?
Geofilters are usually reserved for the world's most popular locations, but now UCAM has been treated to its own.
Snapchat is one of the most popular apps in the world, connecting friends and family through the power of mobile technology. With millions of users worldwide, including thousands across Spain and in Murcia, the app allows users to send snapshot images to others along with filters, stamps and plenty more.
One of the most innovative features of Snapchat is its geofilter, which allows users to super-impose images and text onto their pictures depending on where they are in the world. Popular geofilters will sometimes be compiled into a collection by the app's producers, so anybody from around the world can see them, rather than just connected contacts.
Students from the city's further education establishment have been enjoying adding the University's name and iconic building outlines to their images.
