As part of the IV Costa Cálida Murcia Sport Business Congress, celebrated at the Teatro Circo in Murcia, the MSB - Fundación Primafrio awards for sporting spirit were presented. On this occasion, the Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia was one of the main stars of the event.  

In fact, in the business category, UCAM was the awarded institution. Pablo Rosique, director of the Sports Service, received the award from Cecilio Peregrín, corporate director of Primaflor. The other winners are also linked to the Universidad Católica: the racing driver Ana Carrasco, student of the Degree in Law; the cyclist Alejandro Valverde, whose grassroots club is linked to the University; and the UCAM Murcia wheelchair basketball team, which is one of the clubs sponsored by the educational institution presided over by José Luis Mendoza. Tennis player Nico Almagro, who was also sponsored by UCAM during his active career, collected the award he won the previous year, which he could not collect due to sports-related reasons.
