Mission

The San Antonio de Murcia Catholic University has had a clear vocation for teaching and evangelization since its beginnings. We are aware of the importance of the university and cultural world for the Church, as well as the need for our own pastoral work directed at each and every one of the members that make up the university community (teachers, students and administration and service personnel).

Functions

The University Chaplaincy, the Department of Human and Religious Sciences and the Department of Religious Activities of the Vice-Rector's Office of University Extension coordinate their tasks and offer a triple aspect of pastoral service to the entire university community:

  • Liturgy and spirituality, Chaplaincy.
  • Celebration of the Eucharist and Sacraments.
  • Celebration and prayer meetings.
  • Catechesis and Didascalation.
  • Personal attention.
  • Diaconia and social action.

Other activities.

  • Jacobean Holy Year.
  • UCAM Choir.
  • Pilgrimage to Lourdes.
  • Prayers.
