The Universidad Católica de Murcia joins the Red Interuniversitaria de Posgrados en Turismo (Spanish Inter-University Network of Postgraduate Degrees in Tourism), made up of over twenty Spanish universities that offer master's degree programmes in this field. The aim is to combine efforts to promote experience exchange, R&D&I projects and knowledge transfer, as well as any other action considered in the field of postgraduate and doctoral programmes in tourism. The Murcian institution joins REDINTUR with its official international master's degrees in Innovation and Tourism Marketing, and Hotel and Catering Business Management. The incorporation was announced during the 3rd REDINTUR Doctoral Conference on Tourism, which also hosted the XLVIII meeting of the network.

UCAM is known for offering top quality training, with a teaching staff in contact with the profession, with tutoring support (academic and personal), and closely related to the business world, enabling students to complete their studies in a comprehensive manner, acquiring professional and personal skills that allow them to solidly face the new challenges of the tourism sector from their territorial and business vision.
