The Catholic University of Murcia strengthens its internationalisation by signing a collaboration agreement with Xuewei International Business Academy Group. Through this agreement, the UCAM prepares the implementation of an MBA programme together with Xuewei in Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzhen. José Luis Mendoza García, director of Institutional Relations of the Catholic University of Murcia, explains that it will start with three groups. Furthermore, he highlighted the beginning of an executive MBA programme, through which those students, who are mainly Chinese entrepreneurs, will come to the UCAM after one year of studying in Shanghai and will have the occasion to meet entrepreneurs from the Region to create investment opportunities.

Paul Chan, head of International Projects for Asia of the UCAM, emphasised the high-quality education offered by the University and he pointed out that it has been one of the reasons why Xuewei decided to collaborate with the Catholic University of Murcia in this project. For his part, Zou Weikang, president of Xuewei International Business Academy Group, showed his satisfaction for the signing of the agreement since “China is a booming market for this MBA and there is a great demand for this type of degrees in China”.
