For the 2020/2021 academic year, the San Antonio Higher Vocational Training offers a total of 12 Higher Vocational Training courses that will allow its students to access the world of work with the maximum guarantees. The Institute offers its training with the most advanced technology and the use of an innovative methodology in the areas of communication, commerce and marketing, administration, health, sports, computer science, tourism and children's education.

Double diploma and direct access to the bachelor’s degree

Once students have completed their Higher Vocational Training studies, they will obtain two diplomas: the official diploma of Higher Technician (issued by the Ministry) and the University-specific Diploma of Higher Technician awarded by UCAM. In addition, they will also be able to access university bachelor’s degree studies related to the qualification obtained.

Leading facilities and equipment

UCAM FP makes available to its students the university teaching facilities and infrastructure, such as the UCAM Dental Clinic, the Radio and Television Studio, the MAC Room, as well as its laboratories, specialised rooms, the UCAM Sports Center, etc.

Internships

The real added value of vocational training is that, since it is mostly practical, it makes it easier for students to acquire the skills and abilities needed for their early entry into the world of work. At UCAM FP, students will be able to carry out paid internships from 660 to 800 hours in companies, to get to know the sector in which they will be working better and thus improve their professional qualifications.

Bilingual in English

Three of the degrees offered by the San Antonio Institute include professional modules in English. Likewise, students can carry out internships in companies abroad through the Erasmus Plus Programme, which allows students to participate in up to two international stays.

Meetings with companies

The San Antonio Higher Vocational Training Institute organises meetings with companies from sectors related to the training cycles it offers.

Adaptation

Due to the current health situation, UCAM FP has the necessary resources to guarantee the acquisition of the skills and objectives set out in each of its degrees and will adapt the teaching to the guidelines of the Regional Ministry of Education, being able to combine, if necessary, the face-to-face, online and blended modalities, thus guaranteeing compliance with safety measures and the development of teaching planning with all the quality guarantees.
