UCAM and other european universities to advice universities from eastern countries on mediation
The eleven partners from the project ‘Mediats’ got together in Breda. The project revolves around the guidance given by UCAM, the university ‘Netherlands Business Academy BV’ (Netherlands) and the university ‘Sia Biznesa Augstskola Turiba’ (Lithuania) to seven universities in Azerbaijan, Georgia and Ukraine, with the object that these seven universities will be able to develop and implant a Master’s Degree program in Mediation in their entities.
Researchers of Law, Canonical Law and UCAM’s Corporate Social Responsibility university chair, together with experts in Institutional University Law from the Netherlands and Lithuania will instruct, within the framework of european principles in mediation, to Khazar University (Azerbaijan), Ganja State University (Azerbaijan), Ilia State University (Georgia), Shota Rustaveli State University (Georgia), Krok University (Ukraine), V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University (Ukraine) and Chernivtsi National University Yury Fedkovych (Ucrania).
It’s anticipated that during the course of 2020-2021, during the last phase of the project, the european educators will supervise the development of each of the degrees in the eastern countries, with the object to garantize the quality of the education, based on the european practices.
