JOHN PAUL II INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF CHARITY AND VOLUNTARY WORK

More than 300 girls participate in an online vocational meeting

The John Paul II International Institute of Charity and Voluntary Work, which belongs to UCAM Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia, held last weekend a virtual meeting on vocational orientation, in which more than 300 girls from 30 countries in Europe, Asia, America and Africa participated. During the event, the mission of women in the Church and in the world was deepened. Antonio Alcaraz, director of the Institute, gave the conference ‘El amor esponsal en el matrimonio y la vida consagrada’ (Spousal love in marriage and consecrated life). Throughout the meeting, the girls had the opportunity to share their experiences and express their vocational concerns: most of them were in vocational discernment, but some had a clear vocation to consecrated life, marriage, missions or contemplative life.
