The Romea Theatre in Murcia hosted the first edition of the Premios La Razón, Región de Murcia. UCAM was recognised for its research and training work to reduce the obstacles to business and improve its management. The award was collected by the UCAM President, María Dolores García Mascarell, and presented by José Pérez de las Bacas, President of the Official Professional Association of Administrative Managers of Murcia, with whom UCAM actively collaborates through the Chair in Administrative Management.

The UCAM President highlighted in her speech that ‘encouraging entrepreneurship and building relationships with companies is also a hallmark of our university, which we have strengthened through initiatives such as the UCAM HiTech incubator for high technology in health, sport and food, or the Chair in Administrative Management’.

The event was attended by Francisco Marhuenda, Director of the La Razón newspaper, and Fernando López Miras, President of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia.
