The UCAM Murcia Football Club (Second Division B) and the UCAM Murcia Basketball Club (Endesa League) face the 2020/21 season with enthusiasm and with ambitious objectives in their roadmap. The basketball club already begun the competition in the Endesa League and the football team will start its path next Sunday 18 October in a renewed Second Division B. Both clubs were welcomed by the president of UCAM, José Luis Mendoza, at the Los Jerónimos Campus.

On both occasions, the president transmitted to the players and technicians a message of sports ambition and fair play, in compliance with the values of the University: "I have encouraged them to fight with enthusiasm, with a desire to please our fans". Furthermore, he reminded that UCAM’s commitment with sport gave the Region of Murcia a spot in the sports scene thanks to the triumphs of its clubs and athletes: “These achievements and results are for Murcia. Murcia is very well known for professional and Olympic sport”.
