The Inter-University Council approved the UCAM Master's Degree in School Nursing and Health
This Master's Degree in School Nursing and Health will be offered in blended learning mode and will provide students with the necessary knowledge to protect and look after the health of pupils in educational centres at all levels of care.
The Universidad Católica de Murcia has received the approval of the Inter-University Council, an advisory body of the Regional Ministry of the Environment, Universities, Research and the Mar Menor, to launch the programme this coming academic year 2024/25, today.
When leaving the Council meeting, Josefina García, UCAM's rector, explained that ‘with this postgraduate course, we are answering to an important demand, offering specific training to future school nurses so that they can adequately attend to primary and secondary school students’, adding that this postgraduate course ‘is only taught in one university in Spain, specifically in Catalonia’.
