Closing ceremony of several entrepreneurship programmes in the past editions

UCAM offers three entrepreneurship programmes, together with the Fundación Incyde, with the aim of meeting the current demands of the labour market in terms of new professional profiles. All of these courses are free, taught online and have a duration of seven weeks. They are aimed at residents in the Region of Murcia and are financed by the European Social Fund, through the Operational Programme for Employment, Training and Education.

The first of these, the 2nd edition of the Entrepreneurship Programme in Industry 4.0 and Artificial Intelligence trains students to design or control a digital transformation project through the applications of the Digital Factory. A project which will be designed for small and medium-sized industrial companies. This programme will start on Monday 27. Those enrolled in the course will receive personalised and practical advice.

Food and sport

The UCAM promotes entrepreneurial talent oriented towards Health, Sports and Food. Therefore, it is launching the 2nd edition of the Food Entrepreneurship Programme: trends and new business models, which will commence on 4 October. This programme seeks to promote the entrepreneurial spirit and the promotion of new viable and sustainable business models, allowing students to identify opportunities and trends, and contributing to the development of the competitiveness of agri-food companies. The programme includes weekly individual tutoring sessions which are to be arranged by the student and his or her tutor at the time that is most convenient to them.

October also sees the start of the Entrepreneurship in Sport Programme, now in its sixth edition, which will explore the latest trends in business models related to this field. To this end, the profile of the new consumer will be studied and information on how innovation and creativity are essential to achieve business success will be provided. The programme will place special emphasis on digital technologies.
