The Academy of Pharmacy Santa María de España of the Region of Murcia, chaired by Stella Moreno, has awarded Olga Tárraga for the best academic record in the Degree in Pharmacy at UCAM during the Official Inauguration Ceremony held in Cartagena..

The UCAM graduate thanked the Universidad Católica de Murcia for this recognition and for "the professionalism, the approachability and the human quality of the professors at UCAM, who not only help you learn—without handing you anything for free—but also prepare you for the job market". The award winner explained that her education at this university has allowed her to "turn her life around after having studied a degree in Business Administration and Management", thanks to which she spent 18 years working in the banking sector, "but pharmacy was what I liked".

Pilar Zafrilla, Vice-Dean of the UCAM Degree in Pharmacy, highlighted "the effort of this student, who has managed to achieve the best marks in her class despite having had to combine her studies with her family obligations, as she is the mother of twins and also has another son". She also thanked the Academy "for awarding these types of recognitions for the efforts of new graduates entering the profession, as they are motivating for the students".
