Mission
The San Antonio Catholic University has the figure of the University Ombudsman, created by the Organic Law on Universities to ensure respect for the rights and freedoms of teachers, students and administrative and service staff, in the face of the actions of the various university bodies and services.
Functions
- The University Ombudsman will deal with complaints, suggestions and queries and will process them in order to contribute to the improvement of university quality.
- The action of the University Ombudsman should be understood as the resource to which one can turn when the normal problem-solving channels have been used previously.
- The Ombudsman will also mediate in the event of conflict or disagreement and in situations where the procedure to be followed is undefined.
- Only matters pending in a judicial process or administrative-judicial file will be excluded.
