Around thirty women from the Association of Businesswomen, Managers and Executives (ANAEDE) participated in a meeting held at the 'UCAM HiTech Sport and Health Innovation Hub', organised by the International Chair 'Women, Business and Sports' of the Universidad Católica. Its director, María Jesús Bonilla, after highlighting the values that women entrepreneurs bring to the Region of Murcia, said that ''today we want to remember the Ukrainian women in particular, those brave women who decide to go out and defend their families and their country. Let us hope that this war will soon be over, and normality will

return''.

As part of the commemoration of International Women's Day, the UCAM International Chair of Social Responsibility is also presenting its monograph ‘Mujer, Inclusión Social y Derechos Humanos’ (Women, Social Inclusion and Human Rights) today at the Jerónimos Campus.

In this regard, it is worth remembering that UCAM is a benchmark for Spanish universities in terms of the highest teaching and research positions held by women. The instituition is chaired by its rector, Josefina García Lozano, and has female vice-rectors for Research, Estrella Núñez, and for Digital Education, Belén López. In addition, the degrees in Business Administration and Management, Labour Relations, Tourism, Audiovisual Communication, Journalism, Psychology, Early Childhood and Primary Education, Pharmacy, Nursing, Dance and Computer Engineering, as well as various chairs and administrative and service staff departments are also headed by women.
