The UCAM Faculty of Sport celebrates the feast of its patron
UCAM has held numerous sporting activities at the Campus of Los Jeronimos in which students, teachers and players of the UCAM CB EBA League and the UCAM CF Second Division B have participated.<br /> <br />
The UCAM Faculty of Sport held the feast of San Rosendo with numerous sporting activities. The events began with the from the former Olympic athletes who work at the university and who are representing Spain at the upcoming Olympics. These athletes include Antonio Penalver, Juanma Molina and David Cal.
During the morning, most of the activities started with a Mass in honor of San Rosendo. The Golden Mile, a contest of free throws was held with the participation of EBA League players of UCAM Murcia CB. Gymnastics mats and machines were set up to test marksmanship of players from Murcia CF and were displayed at the exhibition.
These competitions and exhibitions came to an end at the sports complex of Guadalupe, where the students and teachers participated in various different sports including, football volleyball and handball.
