Business Agility Specialization Program
'Agile Projects' are characterized by the use of short iterations of work and by the incremental development of products or services, with the ultimate objective of being able to adapt to the changing requirements, habitual in environments of innovation, design and development or research.
Through this program of specialization in Business Agility, promoted by the Technological Institute of the UCAM (ITM), in collaboration with EDAP - School and Project Consultancy, you will learn how to take steps towards the adoption of a New management approach, more dynamic and adaptive to your projects. In addition, you will learn the most common concepts of agile development and will be able to identify the factors to consider when deciding whether to adopt agile practices and which of these practices (SCRUM, LEAN, KANBAN, etc.) are more convenient depending on the project pype.
For correct development, the program is deployed in a total of 32 hours of face-to-face training, divided into 8 classes of 4 hours each, with the following dynamics:
- Theory: 30 minutes approximately
- Exercise 40-50 minutes
- Discussion and conclusions: 30-20 minutes
The program will be developed at UCAM during the following times:
- 3rd,4th,10th,11th,17th,18th,24th and 25th of March, 2017.
- Friday's from 4 pm to 8 pm Saturday's from 10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Course price: € 540 (to be awarded by the Tripartite Foundation)
